Career Days

As Graduation Day is fast approaching, the College Guidance Center's Career and Placement Office held the Seniors’ Career Days ’09 last 23, 25 and 26 November with the theme, Through the Crossroads: Braving Life After College.

The event aims for the students to be aware of their work traits, preferences, strengths and limitations, and be equipped with the basic skills and know-how necessary in a successful job search. It also aims to guide the students on the effective techniques in job hunting through various methods of job searching. Also, the Job Fair serves as an application of the learning they gained on effective job searching.

The event held at the Arrupe Convention Hall provided various activities and workshops. Various speakers were invited to give talks and discussions for the students such as resume writing and how to handle job interviews.

Career Days schedule for the College of Engineering and the Accountancy Department was last 23 November; the College of Nursing and the BSBA Department was last 25 November and for the college of Arts and Sciences, College of Education and the Computer Studies  was last 26 November.
